ABOUT US

Creative Arts Kids is a performing arts education company, run by a collective of professional artists experienced in creating workshops in performing arts and fine arts. We are offering weekly dance and drama classes, as well as holiday activities for children and young people. 

 

We believe that everybody should have a creative outlet, especially children, and we place a strong emphasis on the enjoyment of arts, and on the creative process, not the final result. 

Children are encouraged to choreograph dances, improvise, devise, direct, write, perform, create props, set design and to make costumes. 

 

Kids are immersed in the creative journey from the get go, and are an integral part in creating their own show to perform. 

 

We believe this builds confidence and communication skills, allows children to express themselves freely in a safe, fun environment whilst building friendships. 

Both our termly dance classes and our holiday workshops have an element of technique and discipline, but are not rigid and allow children to have independence in their creative journey.
